The Omelette King first started serving in the Wilmington, Delaware area in 1995. Since then, Chef Jim Spicer - The Omelette King - has spread his sunshine to the surrounding areas; bringing with him fresh, delicious, chef-made breakfasts. The Omelette King currently serves all of Delaware and Maryland.  We reach into the southern areas of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. In addition, we have been seen in Virginia and D.C.
